This is one heck of a story (ST, March 22, page A3)...

... "Males and females of non-childbearing potential" can mean there are also males of childbearing potential, something like Thomas Beatie:

But, if you find out a bit more, Beatie was born a female and kept his female reproductive organs when he "transgendered" to his present gender.

So, in the ad above, I would have -- to avoid such silly ambiguity -- written that portion as, "Females of childbearing potential, and males" (or vice versa, with that important comma in place).

I have always felt that the now-common terms "cashless payment" and "cashless society" are contradictions. Finally, this is the cartoon that sets things right:
