I have written a "letter" to Muammar Gadaffi before, published in The Straits Times in the 1980s (if I find my hardcopy clipping, I'll post it here).
For today, I will simply put here the link to a very well written "letter" (because it is both funny and a sharp commentary) to Gaddafi from none other than Kim Jong-Il. Titled "Dear Leader to Dead Duck", it is published by The Washington Times. Enjoy!
