For some people, today -- which happens to be a Sunday this year -- is April Fool's Day.
For Christians, today is Palm Sunday (the sixth Sunday in Lent and the first Sunday before Easter). Palm Sunday marks the start of Holy Week, the week of events leading to Jesus' death by crucifixion (Good Friday) and his resurrection (Easter Day).
