More this and that...

Malaysia gears up for May 5 polls

Najib's question No 1

Najib's question No 2

Little Suzy was sitting on the pavement of her home. Next to
her was a basket; in her hand was a sign announcing " FREE KITTENS".

A line of big cars pulled up beside her. Out of the lead car, a tall white-haired man came out.

"Hi there, I am the leader of Barisan Nasional, Najib Razak. What have you
in the basket?" the man asked
"Kittens," Suzy answered
"How old are they?" Najib asked
Suzy replied "They are so young, their eyes aren't even open yet."
"And what type of kittens are they?" Najib asked again
"Barisan Nasional supporters," Suzy answered with a smile.

Najib was delighted.
As soon as he returned to his car, he called his chief of staff and told him
about little Suzy and the kittens.
Recognizing the perfect photo opportunity, they agreed that he should
return the next day and, in front of the assembled media, have the girl
talk about the discerning kittens.

So the next day, Suzy was again on the pavement with her "FREE KITTENS".
When Najib's motorcade pulled up, this time followed by vans from
Bernama, New Straits Time, The Star, Malay Mail, Nanyang Siang Pau, Sin
Chew Jit Pau, RTM 1 to 9, and also Malaysiakini. Cameras and audio
equipment were quickly set up. Then Najib got out of his limo and walked
over to little Suzy.

"Hello again," he said, "I'd love it if you would tell all my friends out
there what kind of kittens you are giving away."
"Yes, sir" Suzy replied. "They are Pakatan Rayat Supporters."

Taken aback by surprise, Najib stammered. "But....but... yesterday you told me
they were BN supporters!"
Little Suzy smiled and said "I know. But today, they have their eyes open."

Disclaimer: As a Singaporean, I take no sides. I'll be happy to put here jibes at Pakatan, if I can find any.

A great headline (ST Sport)!

And 'proof' that Windows 8 scored an own goal!

Nope, you're not seeing things... this IS a police car!

--------------------------------------------------------

And in Singapore, why do they fall prey to such scams?

Finally, Big Bird started it all? If only it were funny...
