Quick! Which country has the most millionaires per capita?

Following from my blog entry yesterday, I dug into the stuff I had collected and found these:

The Wall Street Journal article above noted that Singapore has the most millionaires per capita in the world.

Meanwhile, an Asian central banker was the best paid among his peers in 2012:

Singapore was not in this list above. But I found what CEOs here are being paid (this is a 2012 story, so "last year" would be 2011):

Lawyers? Here's a glimpse:

Even "super tutors" here rake in a heck of a lot, says one tutor who insisted he did not follow their example even though he was in their league (hmm, so that's why there are enrichment classes?):

Then there was this story last year (I think it was a court case), in which a high earner's pay package was revealed:

The labels given are interesting too. There are "the rising rich"...

The "super-rich"...

And the "seriously rich" (Huh, seriously? No kiddin'?)...

Unfortunately, the harsh reality is that there are also...

Lastly, for good measure, I'll throw in these headlines too (note: all were 2012 stories)...
