Spotted (Part 3)...

Taking a walk can turn up interesting sightings, like this graffito (graffiti is the plural form):

Are the walls/fences around this condo too low?...

All condos have electrical power sub-stations. This one seems to be advertising "rooms for rent" too. Where? In the sub-station?...

Well, at least 24-hour camera surveillance is included!...

It is not unusual to see "No durians allowed" signs on the buses nowadays. But this one (last item on the panel)?...

Someone posted this on Facebook a while back...

Chin Chye is a popular given name. But in Hokkien, "chin chye" can also mean "shoddy work"! I have also seen a "cool" sign on a refrigerated truck that delivers ice to events and social functions. Pity that I did not have my camera with me. The best I could find online was the company's logo which was exactly what was painted on the side panel of the truck I had seen:

This firm of contractors has an interesting name too. There is no shadow of a doubt who to write the cheque to after the work is done...

This picture below is from a newspaper story. Just look at the power of the "choped" tissue pack despite the hawker-food centre being so packed with people...

Across the Causeway, this sign below speaks truth in advertising, I guess... applies especially to diners who have a burning desire to spread the word:

Didn't the Brits teach us the English language? Yet this sign outside a Tube station looks strange:

A gift of a watch came with my magazine subscription. There was a warranty card (3 to 5 months)...

But when I flipped the piece of paper over, expecting to find the usual details like service centre location, servicing hours, etc, this is what I found...

At the local supermarket, I bought these "giant" prunes...

Yeah, right. Here's a comparison of one of the giant prunes versus a regular-sized green apple:

To itch is human, to scratch is divine, some wag once said. Well, this fierce-looking souvenir bear seems to be itching to tell us what it's for...

The bear truth be told, it's for your ears only...

Finally, to ring off, this man is making a "Happy Call"...
